Lead Generation
When someone visits your website to search for homes, they will be required to register their name, email address and phone number with you if they want to view detailed information on the home, additional photos or virtual tours.
The client's information goes directly to you. No referral fee is charged for any leads directly to your own site. Likewise, any visitors who register on PSPhomes.com from one of your listings will be sent directly to you without a referral fee due. You will receive notification to your email, which can also be text messaged to your cell phone. The information will be internally recorded on the Agents Only area of your website as well.
In this way these visitors become your clients and are able to login to their account using their email address to access their saved information and options anytime. A return client-login is locked to you by their email address, meaning even if they login at another PSP agent's site or the main PSP company site, the web activity still goes to you. The online registration forms are an option and can be turned off and on by you at will through your Agents Only Area features.
